Return of goods

Customer collection is available at  £12 per parcel

Returned items are at customers own cost

Instore Credit

A credit maybe issued with permission of Earthstore Team. Gift vouchers vouchers maybe issued in exchange for return and used on request in the online store.

Paypal charges

Credit can be issues but it is less paypal charges  as this is not refundable to Earthstore.

The company cannot take on PayPal non refundable charges due to customer refund therefore this will be deducted from the total at the exact fee.

Large Items or Extra charges

Any excess carriage charges due to bulk or website errors will be chargable and will be required before despatch of goods.

Condition of Goods

Items must be in perfect saleable condition as received and will be reviewed on return

Store return is within 30 days and for credit only

Small business in lockdown

Please bare in mind we are a small business and cannot take on extra costs from excess carriage. 

 Our carriage is always at cost price without profit and will reflect the lowest price possible.

We appreciate every order and thank you for your understanding. We will always do what’s fair and look after your interests in our refund policy.

We are a fair-trade company and each item is lovingly made by fair-trade organisations that make everything individually. Their maybe slight differences and happy imperfections in the making of products. We accept the imperfections as part of the handmade offering. Our items are often made in remote villages, mountain ranges, jungles, shanti towns and factories. The standards are extremely high and we are often shocked at the amazing pieces that come into stock. These handicrafts are ancient and protected though families and we want to continue support fair practices. Therefore we will not ask for a refund from the makers in India, Nepal, Indonesia or any other country. We often take the cost or ask the wholesaler to refund us if possible. We do not want this to reflect the people and children involved. We hope you can take on our goodwill practices with your purchase and use good sense to make sure business continue this important work.
