Their maybe slight differences and happy imperfections in the making of products. We accept the imperfections as part of the handmade offering. Our items are often made in remote villages, mountain ranges, jungles, shanti towns and factories. The standards are extremely high and we are often shocked at the amazing pieces that come into stock. These handicrafts are ancient and protected though families and we want to continue support fair practices. Therefore we will not ask for a refund from the makers in India, Nepal, Indonesia or any other country. We often take the cost or ask the wholesaler to refund us if possible. We do not want this to reflect the people and children involved.
